An experienced customer service representative with a multi-cultural, bilingual background, Operations Administrator Mariana Alonso oversees day-to-day operations in Hone Maxwell LLP’s Tijuana, Mexico office. From helping to establish HMLLP’s newest office to supporting client service, Mariana assists the firm’s attorneys and legal professionals by creating seamless and effective processes for communications and scheduling.
A Mexican native fluent in both English and Spanish, Mariana also oversees HMLLP’s marketing activities in Mexico. Mariana enjoys creating and implementing marketing strategies to help the firm grow. She has an active role in facilitating HMLLP’s Spanish-language social media and the attorneys’ community involvement in Tijuana.
Mariana understands the importance of details, good communication and collaboration to keep a business running smoothly. An artist who paints and draws, Mariana often finds that tapping into her creative side helps her identify and solve problems.
Outside of work, Mariana likes taking her two dogs to the beach, painting and watching movies.
