This credential authorizes them to provide U.S. legal and tax counsel directly from Singapore, further strengthening the firm’s ability to serve clients across Asia from Hone Maxwell Singapore LLP, a registered foreign law practice in Singapore.
With this registration, Josh and Jared can now meet with clients in Singapore to advise on U.S. federal, state and local tax matters, corporate structuring, cross-border transactions and compliance issues without the distance or delays of working solely with a U.S.-based team.
